Account Information: Name, email address, business name, and niche when you register as an Operator.
Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
Client Data: Business details, contact information, and chatbot configuration data provided by end clients during onboarding.
Conversation Data: Chat messages between website visitors and AI chatbots, including any contact information voluntarily provided by visitors.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Platform, including page views, feature usage, and browser type.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To train and operate AI chatbots on behalf of Operators and their Clients.
To send transactional emails (onboarding, billing, alerts).
To send optional marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Cloudflare (hosting), Anthropic (AI), Resend (email).
Operators: End client data and conversation logs are shared with the Operator who manages that client.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we retain data for up to 30 days before permanent deletion. Conversation logs older than 12 months may be automatically archived or deleted.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure database access, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
Export your data in a portable format.
Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

The Platform uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
