1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LaunchYour.Agency (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

LaunchYour.Agency provides a software-as-a-service platform that enables agency operators ("Operators") to create, manage, and sell AI-powered chatbot solutions to their end clients ("Clients"). The Platform includes tools for onboarding, billing, client management, and chatbot deployment.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Operators subscribe to monthly plans. Billing is processed through Stripe.
Plans renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All fees are stated in US dollars unless otherwise specified.
Failed payments may result in suspension of services after a grace period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content through chatbots created on the Platform.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Use chatbots to collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, etc.) without appropriate consent and safeguards.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by LaunchYour.Agency. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Chatbot responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring the output of chatbots created through the Platform. LaunchYour.Agency is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchYour.Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day retention period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
